CMC Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMC Project Manager to support planning, execution, and oversight of key CMC activities across its pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CMC and technical operations teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget
• Own sample management processes, including tracking, shipment, inventory control, and documentation compliance
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
• Hands-on experience with sample management, including logistics and compliance with GxP requirements
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
• Highly motivated team player
