- Monitor team performance using metrics and feedback, translating insights into actionable guidance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, program/project management, or account management
- A current fitness certification (e.g., NASM, NSCA, ACE) or coaching experience
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using data to drive insights and improvements
- Proactive and creative mindset with a willingness to learn new tools
