Senior Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager, Integration Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine integration standards and processes across the deal lifecycle
• Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of integration projects
• Lead integration delivery managers and oversee all project activities related to new acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in program and project management, particularly in M&A integration
• Proven track record of coordinating complex integration initiatives
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies and tools
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
