Required Qualifications

• University degree (bachelor's or master's) in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
• Over 20 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 10 years in project management
• Strong technical skills relevant to project scope and extensive experience in stakeholder management
• Expertise in risk management processes and budget management for multi-phase projects
