Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead coordination and delivery for cross-functional, mission-critical internal programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program coordination and delivery for assigned portfolios, including the GitLab backlog rollout and internal site initiatives
• Define and enforce governance for backlog & roadmap artifacts in GitLab and coordinate across internal stakeholders to manage dependencies
• Run program-level ceremonies and create program dashboards to track progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering cross-functional technical programs or tool rollouts
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or equivalent portfolio tooling
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to communicate across departments
• Strong process, governance, and change-management skills
• Technical fluency to engage with engineers and platform support
