Business Performance Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Performance Manager - Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate operating models for functions and cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain integrated project schedules and track key performance indicators
• Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate alignment across teams for project execution

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Preferred degree in life science or business
• Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in defining KPIs for process health and continuous improvement
