Key Responsibilities
- Support demand generation and sales development processes, including lead scoring and workflow management
- Administer and optimize the marketing and sales development technology stack
- Lead demand generation tech strategy, ensuring adoption, governance, and ROI measurement
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
- Hands-on administration experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and other relevant platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience maintaining and optimizing lead flow, scoring models, and workflows
- Proven success in driving platform adoption and process automation
