Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master Agile Facilitator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective application of Agile principles
• Partner with product owners to manage the backlog and ensure clear sprint goals
• Monitor task progress and foster collaboration and accountability within the team

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Certification preferred (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps/TFS, Jira, or similar)
