Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master V to join their team in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the work of a cross-functional Scrum Team to deliver high-value outcomes
• Coach the team on Scrum practices and ensure clarity of goals and scope
• Remove impediments and facilitate Scrum events to enhance team dynamics and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
• PMP certification required
• CSM or equivalent certification required
• MUST be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a drug and background check
