IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager to drive initiatives across multiple domains and operational departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects that optimize people, processes, and technology
• Plan and scope cross-departmental requirements, prioritizing work streams and dependencies with stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and with measurable impact, maintaining accountability and alignment among all players

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
• Experience managing diverse initiatives such as SaaS tool implementations and MDM rollouts
• Strong background in the full IT project lifecycle, including requirements gathering and deployment
• Experience with risk/issue management and project post-mortem reviews to measure ROI
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid PMO practices in high-growth startup environments preferred
