Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• 10 years of related experience in IT services, IT Operations, or professional services
• PMP certification required within 6 months of placement in the role
• Ability to generate and manage detailed project plans
• Experience managing technical resources across multiple projects
