Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of GTM programs, ensuring alignment with customer strategy and business objectives
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and execution
• Build program management frameworks and track performance metrics to refine GTM strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management within GTM strategy teams
• Experience in a SaaS environment with a strong understanding of recurring revenue models
• Strong experience with Salesforce for managing workflows and reporting
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional programs and influencing without direct authority
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
