Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables for multiple transformation projects
• Develop and execute change strategies and training programs for new digital tools and workflows
• Define KPIs and provide regular reporting on adoption and business impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; PMP, Agile, or Prosci certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in digital transformation
• Strong understanding of change management principles and training design
• Experience with AI tools, SaaS platforms, and process automation technologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
