Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead customer implementation projects for their SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex SaaS implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them for project success
• Oversee the integration of SaaS solutions with existing systems and serve as the primary point of contact for clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS companies or technology consulting firms with a focus on technical integrations
• 5+ years in Professional Services or Technical Consulting roles, managing client relationships
• Proven experience with implementing Atlassian products and solutions
• Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and integration methods
• PMP Certification, Agile Certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner), or similar credential required
