Key Responsibilities
- Support presale activities and maintain sales opportunities
- Manage project initiation and execution, including documentation and coordination with project teams
- Assist in project close-out processes and warranty support
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with Word, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as necessary (less than 5%)
