Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee audiovisual systems integration projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support presale activities and maintain sales opportunities
  • Manage project initiation and execution, including documentation and coordination with project teams
  • Assist in project close-out processes and warranty support


Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Word, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as necessary (less than 5%)
