Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to partner with the Quickframe Marketplace engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap prioritization in collaboration with engineering leadership
• Translate product vision into scoped technical programs and execution plans
• Drive end-to-end program delivery by managing risks, dependencies, and timelines across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program or product management experience, preferably in platform engineering or creative tools
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs from ideation to delivery
• Technical background or familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript) is a plus
• Understanding of data flows and common technologies such as APIs, SQL, and ETL pipelines
• Expertise with Agile methodologies and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
