Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in the manufacturing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of New Product Introductions (NPI), Engineering Changes (EC), and End of Life (EOL) projects
• Coordinate operational implementation of engineering changes and support product phase-in/phase-out strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for operations-related product change initiatives and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, project management, or product lifecycle management
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of NPI, EC, and EOL processes
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field
