Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic customers throughout their implementation journeys
- Project manage implementation programs, ensuring proper setup and functionality of the platform
- Serve as a strategic partner to account executives and customer success teams, addressing technical blockers and customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in healthcare administration, science, or engineering
- 10+ years of customer-facing experience
- 5+ years leading large-scale customer implementation programs in complex environments
- Strong leadership skills with a proven record of building strategic relationships
- Experience in healthcare and enterprise SaaS is essential; medtech or biotech experience is a plus
