Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee strategic customer implementations and ensure a world-class experience on their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic customers throughout their implementation journeys
• Project manage implementation programs, ensuring proper setup and functionality of the platform
• Serve as a strategic partner to account executives and customer success teams, addressing technical blockers and customer issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in healthcare administration, science, or engineering
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience
• 5+ years leading large-scale customer implementation programs in complex environments
• Strong leadership skills with a proven record of building strategic relationships
• Experience in healthcare and enterprise SaaS is essential; medtech or biotech experience is a plus
