Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce, including configuration, user setup, and integrations
• Continuously assess system performance and user feedback to implement improvements and provide training
• Act as a subject matter expert, recommending tools and strategies to align with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience, including implementation and data migration
• Experience establishing third-party integrations within the Salesforce platform
• Experience in the Association industry preferred
