Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, interconnected projects and ensure alignment with program objectives
- Provide direction and leadership to project teams while assessing program impacts on business performance
- Oversee resources, schedules, and financials while managing risks and implementing resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field
- Five to eight years of experience managing high-risk, high-cost full lifecycle projects
- Previous experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
- Intermediate proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired; Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
