ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to join their IT services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow projects across various modules including SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC
• Create and manage project charters, plans, and documentation using NowCreate methodology
• Coordinate Agile and Hybrid Agile implementations with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting environment
• Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Excel, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM
