Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute project delivery within the Talent Technology portfolio
• Develop comprehensive project plans, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely delivery
• Lead project presentations and communicate effectively with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or operations management
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting Talent Technology enhancements
• Experience in HR-based functions such as Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workday HCM
• PMP Certification is preferred
