Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager, Retail Bank Refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative support for commercial real estate projects
• Manage project administrative practices, policies, and monitor adherence
• Prepare client reports and oversee team close-out procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards for solving complex problems
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and judgment
