Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle Scrum Master to support multiple engineering teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master for 3-4 teams, adapting approaches to meet their specific needs
• Coach Agile values and facilitate shifts towards autonomy and shared ownership within teams
• Identify and remove systemic impediments, guiding teams in continuous improvement and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Experienced Agile Coach or Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Kanban
• Skilled in coaching and facilitating high-performance teams through self-organization
• Confident in navigating multi-stakeholder environments, including C-level interactions
• Technical background in Software Development, QA Automation, or a similar domain
• Broad understanding of the software development lifecycle, including delivery and release management
