Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support integration project management activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support M&A integration efforts to achieve desired capabilities and financial synergies
• Oversee due diligence, execution, and post-integration alignment for long-term success
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field preferred
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in project management or related roles
• Experience managing increasingly complex and larger-scale projects
• Knowledge of IT industry-specific regulations and standards
