Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication processes and updates for service and operations teams
- Coordinate and implement training and process improvements across departments
- Analyze training efficacy and engage stakeholders during change events
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Formal education or training in project management practices preferred
- Experience in a customer-facing project management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience preferred
- Project management certification, such as CAPM, is preferred
