Remote Oracle Cloud Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and dependencies
• Run weekly governance ceremonies and manage project reporting, including KPIs and status updates
• Oversee data migration, integrations with trading partners, and ensure compliance with controls and training

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ Oracle Cloud implementations in Financials and HCM
• Experience delivering integrations between ERP/HCM and legacy applications
• Strong understanding of project mechanics including fit-gap analysis and change control
• Familiarity with data conversion tools and reporting systems
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
