Agile Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Army Digital Modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Government Task Monitor (GTM) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) regarding contract execution and program performance
• Provide leadership and management of contract operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Oversee Agile development teams and lead the implementation of Agile at scale and DevSecOps practices

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree
• 5+ years of experience leading successful Agile development teams
• 3+ years of experience delivering solutions in a DevSecOps environment
• Agile Certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent)
• Active Secret Clearance or higher
