Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IT Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the migration of clinical systems for healthcare insurance, focusing on Utilization Management and Care Management
• Oversee cross-functional IT teams, ensuring effective collaboration across Engineering, Infra, Security, and other departments
• Facilitate project execution, including scope, schedule, and cost management for projects exceeding $1M

Required Qualifications

• Healthcare insurance background, specifically in Medicare, Medicaid, or Marketplace
• Experience in IT project management, particularly in migrating healthcare insurance clinical systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and SPM is a plus
• Proven track record in project management, with exposure to PMO lifecycle preferred
