Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, GRA PMO Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned GRA initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with initiative sponsors and functional leads to define goals, success metrics, and deliverables
- Develop clear communications that articulate project progress, outcomes, and business impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated or global environment
- 3+ years of experience in R&D Operations (regulatory, clinical, pharmacovigilance, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or similar certification preferred
- Strong understanding of R&D drug development with experience in regulatory affairs
