Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Enablement Senior Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex programs, addressing customer pain points and business needs
• Develop program strategies and roadmaps, defining KPIs and reporting on results
• Identify operational problems and implement scalable solutions through processes and tools

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of strategy program management experience, including 1-3 years in Enablement or Learning & Development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proven success in launching transformational enablement initiatives that enhance customer experience
• Strong program management skills and ability to derive insights from data
• Experience in a global Operations, Customer Success, or Customer Experience organization is preferred
