Senior Manager of AI Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, AI Programs - GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of program managers while fostering career development
• Define and drive the AI & Automation programs strategy, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution
• Own execution of high-priority programs across internal productivity tools and customer-facing AI features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• 8+ years of program management or business operations experience, preferably in a SaaS or data-driven tech company
• 5+ years of people management experience, including managing senior ICs or other managers
• Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional programs across technical and business teams
• Familiarity with AI-related technologies and workflows, including basic exposure to Python, Databricks, or ML models
