Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager in the Agile Management Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of Agile projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure clear understanding of project requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, focusing on Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Smartsheet)
