Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution for new product development from concept to launch
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated action plans and clear communication
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to achieve program objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technical, or related discipline
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, especially in new product development
• Strong technical background with prior hands-on engineering experience preferred
• Familiarity with UL and EMC testing requirements
• Experience with liquid cooling technologies or thermal management is highly desirable
