Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of telecommunications networks and extensive experience in field operations management
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus
