Study Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Study Operations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the AUEG product lead and core team to execute the portfolio strategy
• Liaise with cross-functional team members to manage AUEG processes, timelines, and milestones
• Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and logistics are managed effectively

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 3 years of Project Management experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of Project Management experience
• Experience in project management within the biopharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce and Smartsheet is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance culture and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience coordinating teams in a matrix environment
