Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Scrum Master - HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product teams, ensuring progress and removing obstacles to achieve product deliverables
• Consult with the Product Owner to build and maintain the product roadmap and strategic plans
• Foster self-organization and cross-team collaboration while identifying areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years in a lead role on projects, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or in a related position
• Expertise in Agile practices and iterative development processes
• Strong technical proficiency with HR technology platforms and systems
• Experience managing conflicting priorities effectively
