Senior Project Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate RFP packages and prepare detailed EPC cost estimates for electrical projects
• Lead the development of full proposal packages, including execution plans, cost breakdowns, and project schedules
• Coordinate site visits, engage with subcontractors for pricing validation, and conduct internal estimate reviews

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical estimating, ideally in electric utility or EPC sectors
• Proven experience with renewables, distribution, and substation projects
• Advanced proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and using estimating software
• Skilled in developing construction schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
