Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and dependencies
• Run weekly governance ceremonies and manage project reporting and status updates
• Lead data migration planning and orchestrate integrations with trading partners and third-party systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
• Experience delivering integrations between ERP/HCM and trading partners or legacy applications
• Strong understanding of ERP/HCM project mechanics including fit-gap analysis and change control
• Working knowledge of FBDI/ADFDI, OIC/ETL, REST/SOAP, and reporting tools
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
