A company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional integration efforts following a business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution across various functional areas
- Develop and maintain project plans, integration roadmaps, and reporting for leadership
- Monitor integration progress, identify risks, and standardize communication processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in post-merger integration
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certification preferred
