Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee project delivery and manage cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master and process expert in a Scaled Agile environment
• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
• Manage project charters, budgets, and facilitate continuous improvement for the team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in IT
• 2+ years of Scrum Master experience with a focus on Agile principles
• Experience with JIRA, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to manage work across various technologies and business functions
• Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico with remote work capability
