Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee IT projects and drive Agile transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation as Scrum Master, including sprint planning and delivery oversight
• Own end-to-end IT project delivery, including SaaS product releases and ERP upgrades
• Establish project visibility frameworks and drive change control processes across teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or technical program management
• Proven track record leading complex IT transformations from Waterfall to Agile
• Strong experience in establishing delivery frameworks and IT governance
• Experience managing multi-site projects and third-party vendors
• Hands-on familiarity with SaaS platforms and IT infrastructure projects
