Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in project management, program management, or operational management; experience with pilot programs is a plus
• Experience analyzing program outcomes and metrics
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to operate across time zones and adapt to changing project needs
