Key Responsibilities

• Manages the backlog, grooms user stories, and oversees defect ticket assessments and prioritization
• Coordinates user acceptance testing and prepares project documentation while maintaining a repository of information

Required Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of SQL for data querying and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in project management and roadmap planning
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of product areas and their impact on overall solutions
