Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of program management experience in a global organization; recognition program experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing global programs and driving cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable insights
- Highly organized and proactive in identifying and solving challenges
