Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager - Document Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Document Management System and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of AODocs
- Create and maintain G-Suite-based templates and coordinate user engagement to enhance platform adoption
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the configuration and enhancement of the AODocs platform
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. in any discipline
- 8+ years of large-scale project management experience, preferably as a Project Manager
- 8+ years of experience in highly regulated industries such as aviation, transportation, energy, automotive manufacturing, or medical device/pharmaceuticals
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
