Senior Manager, Release Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Release & Program Management to enhance their release management function and program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the release process, ensuring predictability and quality across teams
• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers while maintaining hands-on involvement in key initiatives
• Oversee program management for critical customer accounts and ensure alignment across Engineering, Product, and Design

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Release Management, Program Management, or Product Operations within SaaS organizations
• Demonstrated success as a player-coach, balancing team leadership with hands-on ownership
• Strong track record of executing complex, cross-functional programs from alignment through launch
• Experience with program management and incident management tools (e.g., Linear, PagerDuty)
• A bias for action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
