Consultant for Monitoring and Evaluation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant - Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) for MSD Advisor in Sudan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation and analysis of quarterly data reports for submission to donors
• Design and implement methodologies for Post-Distribution Monitoring and oversee harvest data tracking
• Provide training and technical support for MEL systems and manage data collection processes

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field such as statistics or data science
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, with at least 3 years in MSD MEL
• Experience with World Bank and WFP MEL systems and processes
• Proven ability to analyze data and visualize/report results for varied audiences
• Strong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to mentor team members
