Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Integration Specialist to support digital content availability on a software downloads platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with publisher-side operations to collect product catalogs and digital assets
• Ingest content into platform systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Track and report on ingestion KPIs and identify process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience with content ingestion software
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and pattern recognition
• 2-3 years of experience in process streamlining and data reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic HTML
• Bachelor's degree preferred
