Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise-wide data strategy and architecture aligned with business objectives
• Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and technical specialists

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
• 15+ years of technology experience, including 7 years in large enterprise data
• 5 years minimum data science background
• Proven leadership skills with 10 years managing technical teams
• Experience with data integration and familiarity with Data Bricks preferred
